Rural Engagement and Empowerment Programme Ghana LBG (REEP) is a rural-based development organization aimed at creating possibilities for rural development. REEP is committed to tackling the complexities of both access and quality issues through networking with stakeholders and partners like Ghana Education Service, Ghana Health Service and other NGOs. The unique approach of REEP is that the organization is born out of the communities in which it operates. It has become known as a grassroots organization that works for, by, and with the people, at their very own level, with all-important community structures forming a part of REEP and carrying a role.
