Rahinatu Haruna is a development practitioner and global advocate with a strong track record in digital inclusion, women's economic empowerment, and adolescent sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR). She currently serves as Community Relations Officer at Noni Hub, a tech and innovation hub, where she leads cross-sector engagement on projects spanning industry, academia, and government. Over the course of her career, she has worked on projects funded by the World Bank, UNCDF, UNDP, Plan International, GIZ, the European Union, and the Mastercard Foundation, among others, building a reputation as a trusted partner across the international development ecosystem. She has been a longstanding voice for youth and adolescent rights, with particular focus on advancing SRHR programming and expanding opportunities for women and girls. She holds a Master of Philosophy in Informatics from UBIDS and a Bachelor of Education in Mathematics. Rahinatu's work sits at the intersection of digital inclusion, informal sector development, and applied research, with a long-standing commitment to youth advocacy and community-driven innovation.
