Nuhu Alimatu Sadia is a development practitioner, resource mobilization expert, and community leader whose work is centered on advancing equitable access to healthcare, education and women Economic empowerment and strengthening locally driven philanthropy across Africa. She is the Founder and Executive Lead of Hereafter Ghana, a community-focused nonprofit organization committed to improving equitable access to quality healthcare, quality education, and women Economic empowerment for underserved and rural populations in Ghana. Under her leadership, Hereafter Ghana has developed a practical three-layer intervention model that bridges gaps in healthcare delivery. Provided schools with Teaching and learning materials and provide women with skills and micro business capitals. Sadia is a grantee and trainer under the New Africa Fund through the African Impact Grant Fellowship where she contributes to strengthening the capacity of emerging nonprofit leaders. In this role, she trains civil society organizations on fundraising strategy, resource mobilization planning, and institutional sustainability. Her work has supported the development of a new generation of African nonprofit leaders who are equipped with the tools to build resilient organizations and drive locally led development.
