Recycling for Development

The journey of recycled items ranging from teaching and learning materials, medical items, as well as sports equipment, have finally arrived here in Dalun. The journey which started on the 24th February 2024 at Nødhjælpsdepotet Danishreliefgroup.dk after several rounds of collecting items from schools and health institutions as well as dental clinics.

Accompanied in the container was the elephant and other reading accessories from Ghana Biblioteksvenner. On 24th February, a group of dedicated volunteers came together from 100% for Børnene, Ghana Biblioteksvenner and Nødhjælpsdepotet Danishreliefgroup.dk to pack the everything in the container. Upon the stress of sending and receiving from the port in Tema, we gladly announce that our effort made a positive result with the arrival of the container in Dalun.
